Post-Halloween Creep Out

Um...so I know I've been blogging a bit about a thing that I purchased. You know, the thing that I have dreams on. You may remember the brand name of the thing - it had a # in the title. SHHH!!! Don't say the name out loud - they might find me AGAIN.

Apparently, that company does blog searches and decided to comment on that post! WHAT THE HELL??

Don't believe me? Look here. And then come over here and give me a hug and tell me that things are not as creepy as they're seeming right now. Because it's not like when I bought the thing I was all "Hey, I don't have a significant other - oh and also, I have a blog. Here is the address. Please follow up with me about my satisfaction and tell me your number ON THE BLOG." Whatever Jeff at 55...if that IS your real number at which you sleep.

It feels like some salesperson followed me home and then invited himself in my house, ask to use the bathroom only to take a big dump in it. :(

That is soooo disturbing. I love how he wrote his comment as though it's the most normal thing in the world...

Um yeah that's just creepy!! I am creeped out because I wrote two comments on that post talking about my back pain!! I wonder if I am going to be stalked by #55 to get me to buy I new bed!!

Really Freaky!!

The word gigolo comes to mind. He's pimpin' his junk.. and by that I mean he's trying to sell you an orthopedic bed. SEX-Y! Aww. Yeah.

What a weird sales tactic. I would only imagine that you've been googled. And by that I mean.. he used a search engine to look you up. It has to work occassionally, otherwise he's wating his time.. OR he thinks you're pretty.

That is a little creepy. By the way, I'm not some weirdo like Mr #55, I'm one of Jen's friends who got sucked into (gladly by the way) the whole blogging world.

Exactly. Creepy that that company is paying an employee to google other people's blogs looking for schleps like me who are writing about their beds. I get what they're doing. But still creepy. :) Jen, I think you're safe, just whatever you do, don't write about that bed brand!!! :) Ha ha. :)

And Bonnie - you're welcome at my blog anytime! :)

I can't get over that that person's job description is:
a) Google people who have bought your beds
b) Write stalker-ish comments on their blog posts to freak them out (and their friends) which likely means they won't buy your product.
c) Repeat.

Hi I am also a friend of Jen. She got me into this whole blogging thing and I checked out your site. I enjoyed reading your page and got some laughs. I just wanted to say Hi and that I am not a creep like #55. I am just here to say why to go on blogging this month. If you would like come by and see my site. Have a great day!

I looked up a camera on Amazon and Ebay the other day, and now when I check my email I get a stupid advertisement for the exact same model # camera I was browsing for..

Hi, I was sent to your blog by Kristi. You mentioned that you would like to be able to jump out of bed and click your heels together in the morning. Perhaps part of your problem is that you sleep with your heels on? Maybe they get tangled in the sheets or something? Anyway, thanks for letting me read and I hope your bed troubles go away. Have fun!
